1. Scope of Services

  • We offer a special 3D area survey service exclusively for customers interested in interior design (built-in) or renovation services with our company.
  • Purpose of Use: To serve as fundamental information for collaborative design planning with the designer and to prepare the furniture installation team for maximum accuracy.
  • Data Privacy Policy: The company reserves the right not to deliver raw files or links for accessing Virtual Reality (VR) in any circumstances. All data will be used internally for operational purposes only.

2. Benefits and Data Management

  • Survey Fee Cash Back Promotion: Receive a full refund or use it as a discount on your deposit when you sign a design and decoration contract with our company.
  • Data Retention Period: The system will store photographs and survey data for 30 days to support decision-making before initiating the design phase.
  • Data Recovery: If the 30-day period has expired and the customer wishes for the team to recover the data files for continued use, there will be a processing fee of 1,000 THB.

3. Guidelines and Preparation Before Conducting an Inspection

  • Personal Property Management: For safety and order during the recording of the area, please ensure that all valuables and personal belongings are securely stored. Please note that the photographic data will be used for consultation purposes between the design team and relevant parties.
  • Number of Personnel on Duty: On the survey day, there will be 1-2 staff members on duty.
  • Special Service for Peace of Mind: If you would like a female staff member to be included in your survey team, please inform our coordinator in advance.
